c. Media Data
For the purpose of identifying movies or shows, we collect:
Uploaded Frames or Clips: Frames or clips from videos that you submit for media identification purposes. These images are processed and analyzed to provide accurate identification and are not stored beyond the identification session.
Audio Transcriptions: When audio is submitted, we may use Assembly AI to transcribe the audio to improve media identification accuracy.
Metadata: Information related to uploaded files, such as frame count and scene information, is used for processing and analysis only.
d. Permissions
To enable users to submit video clips, the App may request access to:
Photo Library: To allow users to select videos from their library for media identification.
Camera: To enable users to capture video clips directly for submission.
These permissions are requested only for the specific purpose of submitting media for identification, and no additional data is accessed without user consent.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
App Functionality: To operate, maintain, and improve the Voola App.
Media Identification: To identify media from submitted frames, clips, and audio transcriptions and provide accurate results.
Customer Support: To respond to inquiries, feedback, and technical support requests.
Analytics and Improvements: To analyze usage patterns, identify and fix bugs, and improve the overall user experience through Firebase Analytics.

We may share certain information with third-party services to provide core functionality, analytics, and crash reporting:
AWS Rekognition: For media identification purposes, images are temporarily processed through AWS Rekognition.
Assembly AI: For audio transcription to improve the accuracy of media identification results.
Firebase: We use Firebase for anonymous authentication and analytics to track user interactions and improve the App’s functionality.
Crashlytics: Crashlytics helps us gather anonymous crash reports to improve App stability.
These third parties have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

Media Data: Frames, clips, and transcriptions submitted for identification are processed temporarily and are not stored beyond the identification process.

Subscription and Contact Information: Retained as long as you maintain an account or until no longer necessary for business or legal purposes.
